Right click the links with the title for the program and save to the desired location. You may have to check to ensure the filename ends with .m and not .txt. If the filename is correct, you should be able to run the scripts from Matlab(tm) as is. The steps refer to the steps in the Protocol (as of the printing, Spring 2006). Sometimes there are accessory scripts necessary to run the main script; these will show up as multiple files with the same step listing.
